"We met at a blue grass festival in Wisconsin in 2020 during covid. They sold only a few hundred tickets vs thousands because of that. Ryan was visiting from California with some friends. I was finishing up raising two teenagers and getting ready to hit the road as a travel nurse. We fell for each other instantly. We spent the weekend falling in love and then started dating long distance for the first year and a half or so. The crazy part is that we are the same age, went to the same small town high school, have had a lot of the same friends for our whole life and never met before! It was written in the stars. We had a lot of really special moments out on the coast which is why we are so excited to exchange our forever vows there where the magic all started. Eventually I traveled out there and worked as a nurse then took Ryan with me across the country and to the VI where we lived for 7 months amongst covid. We moved back to Wisconsin together a couple of years ago now to be closer to friends and family and put some roots down eventually."

"We envision a vidoe capturing our vows along the coast line by the point arena lighthouse. We are planning a wedding celebration June 20, 2026 in our home town for all of our friends and family but want this for ourselves to avoid all the added stress acquired from group travel. We would however like for our family members and friends to get to view our vows and plan to play the video at the celebration in place of a ceremony.
