Coverage hours are the number of hours the videographer and photographer will spend capturing the event from arrival to final departure.ExamplesContinuous coverage: 2:00PM to 8:00PM equals 6 hours of coverage.Split coverage: 8:00AM to 12:00PM and 3:00PM to 6:00PM equals 7 hours of coverage. Time between scheduled blocks on the same day is still counted toward the total coverage hours.

Photography: One photographer is usually ideal for a standard wedding day. However, a second photographer is recommended if you are getting ready at two different locations that are far apart, or if you are hosting a large guest count.Videography: One videographer can easily cover intimate to medium-sized weddings. Adding a second videographer is optional but always recommended, as it enhances coverage and allows for dynamic multi-angle coverage, simultaneous locations, and a richer cinematic edit.

No, we do not charge travel fees on our packages. Travel fees only apply to destinations outside the United States and Canada.

A wedding feature is a a fully edited video that shows all the best parts of the wedding day coverage in a cinematic format, involving music and dialogue (if preferred).With Pluvia Studios, they are commonly edited in a non-linear fashion with a direct narrative. This allows the timeline to jump around based on the pacing of the music, narrative, and the energy of the surrounding clips. However, the pacing and style are catered to the couple's preferences, should they desire a different approach.

An Instagram video is a fast-paced 30 second to 1 minute recap video of the wedding event (in vertical format), edited for social media posting.

A wedding trailer is a teaser video of your wedding day, in landscape format, made to build excitement prior to watching the feature or full videos.

A 50% deposit is required upon booking, and the remaining balance is due two weeks before the event. The initial deposit is non-refundable.We do offer payment plans upon request. Digital invoices will be sent for direct payment after the contract has been signed. We accept Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Google/Apple Pay (depending on device), and bank transfers.

Our standard turnaround time is 4 to 12 weeks. However, during peak season or for larger projects, delivery can take up to 3 to 6 months.

We deliver your finals digitally online to view and download.

We often capture complimentary drone footage when equipment availability, time, weather, and local airspace regulations permit, but it is not guaranteed on standard packages. If drone coverage is a must-have, please select 'Drone Footage' when creating a customized package to include it in your contract.

We provide options for the full, uncut ceremony, reception, and first look or private vows. However, we do not offer unprocessed, unedited raw footage.

Yes, we do capture events that span multiple days!Contact us directly for a custom quote, or build your package and submit separate booking requests for each day so we can combine them.

Yes, we do have liability insurance that covers services provided across North America (excluding Mexico). We are happy to provide a certificate of insurance to your venue or vendors upon request.

Yes! We are available for destination wedding shoots outside of Canada and United States! Travel and lodging accommodation fees will apply.

We do not offer live-streaming services at this time, but we are happy to provide full event recording.
