“We met on match.com. Serendipity is how we met. A crazy patient of mine told me he had met his wife in 2002 on match.com and she was the best thing he ever found. He told me to go online and find me one. I went back on match.com that very night. A few days later Jeano found my profile. Which he should’ve never seen because match.com does not match over 250 miles. We were 2200 miles away. We will know each other almost 2 years this coming Thanksgiving. He is my best friend, we have many inside jokes, “diddly damn” is one of our sayings. Our cherished travel adventure was our weeklong cruise to Mexico, at which time we were both sick with the norovirus. That’s when I knew he was my one, diarrhea and vomiting couldn’t keep me away from him. And vice versa. It took us a very long time to find one another.
